Business associate agreements
For covered services that involve protected health information (PHI), MBSG executes a business associate agreement (BAA) with the client practice before any PHI is handled.
What this website is — and is not
This website and its marketing forms — contact, consultation requests, and free billing audit requests — exist for business inquiries only. They must not receive patient health information.
Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses, or any other PHI in any website form.
Any future workflow that handles PHI on behalf of a client will use separately approved secure infrastructure. PHI is never routed through the public marketing site.
Security measures in place
- Encrypted transport (HTTPS) for data submitted through website forms
- Restricted administrative access to stored form submissions, limited to authorized MBSG staff
What we do not claim
MBSG does not claim any “HIPAA certification” — no such certification exists for billing companies. We do not publish third-party audit claims, compliance badges, or technical control inventories that have not been confirmed.
